This weekend (04/03/2017) we had an inspiring, fulfilling and relaxing Introduction to mindfulness workshop. From SOMOS we would like to thank our volunteer teacher Esen, for giving her time to explain us the benefits of mindfulness and to guide us through some meditation exercises.  Thanks Michala (from Refugees Welcome) for explaining the importance of your work.
