The donations collected with this activity will go to Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) association.
Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) is a private, international, humanitarian organization that provides emergency medical assistance to victims of conflicts and disasters around the world. Their primary purpose is to provide relief to the populations that are most vulnerable to natural disasters, wars, conflicts, epidemics, disease, famine and poverty. MSF has projects in over 60 countries. Each year we send Danish doctors, nurses, midwives, managers and logisticians to projects worldwide. In order not to be dependent on political agendas, they have a principle that at least half of our funds will come from private donations – either companies or individuals.

After the great success of our first Hatha Yoga class, Elin is ready to drive us to a new amazing yoga journey. For the ones that couldn’t attend last time, don’t miss this opportunity.
Yoga is a self-discipline which helps to enhance self-esteem, to improve the power of concentration and to increase strength and flexibility. Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures. The word “hatha” can be translated in two different ways: as the yoga of activity, and as the yoga of balance. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation.
In this class you will combine the active yang parts of a dynamic yoga practice with a calm, quiet, yin yoga practice. In this way, we exercise both the muscles and the connective tissues, and find greater flexibility and strength.
